Most mail apps find these settings on their own. Here they are anyway.

Enter your address to download a profile that sets Mail up for you. On a Mac, open the downloaded file, then approve it in System Settings > General > Device Management.
Type your address and password. The app fetches the rest from this server automatically. Outgoing mail always needs authentication, with the same username and password as incoming.
